DEAR COLLEAGUES,

The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the VII National Congress of Pharmacists of Ukraine, which will be held 15-17 September, 2010 in Kharkiv at the National University of  Pharmacy (registration certificate № 339 dated June 30, 2009).
Within the framework of the congress the scientific-practical conference "Pharmacy in Ukraine. Vision of the future " will be held.
The aim of the congress: summarizing, discussion and approval of the pharmaceutical industry conception of Ukraine for 2010-2015 years, the adoption of Pharmacists Ethic Code in Ukraine.
Congress Languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Congress delegates are elected at regional conferences in accordance with regulations and quotas approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Pharmaceutical Association of Ukraine. Conference on the participants elections  are held until April 19, 2010 by Regional Drug Quality Control Inspectorates and regional associations of pharmacists.

TENTATIVE CONGRESS PROGRAM:

• September 15, 2010 - Opening of the congress and plenary session on discussion  the following issues: Strategy of pharmaceutical industry development in Ukraine for 2010-2015 and Pharmacists Ethic Code in Ukraine.
• September 16, 2010 - Plenary sessions of the congress.
• September 17, 2010 – Scientific- practical conference "Pharmacy in Ukraine. Vision of the future".

VII NATIONAL CONGRESS OF PHARMACISTS OF UKRAINE REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee is 1200 UAH for a delegate (including VAT 200,00 UAH) and  does not include accommodation fee.
If you are not the Congress delegate you may take part in (with no voting rights) on the assumption of the registration fee payment in the sum of 1200 UAH (including VAT 200,00 UAH). In such case you are assued to participate in all events of the congress and to get the whole working papers as well as the other delegates of the congress.

Registration fee guarantees:

• participation in plenary sessions and scientific-practical conferences;
• information and working papers receipt;
• receiving of a delegate case;
• getting of the exclusive editions prepared directly to the VII National Congress of Pharmacists of Ukraine;
• attendance the concert program;
• participation in the congress stand-up parties;
• obtaining the certificate of membership in the congress;
• attendance the culture program;
• transfer service.

To participate in the scientific-practical conference "Pharmacy in Ukraine. Vision of the future " only the registration fee is 400 UAH for a person (including VAT 66,67 UAH) and guarantees getting of the information and work papers of the VII Ukrainian National Congress of Pharmacists, participation in section sessions and obtaining the certificate of membership in the congress.

• Pharmaceutical, physical and chemical toxicological analysis;
• Nanotechnology in Pharmacy;
• Modern approaches the study of medicinal plant materials, phytopreparation creation and standardization issues;
• Actual problems in modern drug technology and extemporal recipes;
• Present and future of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine. The contemporary aspects of drugs design and industrial production. Biotechnology in Pharmacy;
• Preclinical drug research;
• Clinical drug research in Ukraine;
• Pharmaceutical care from the perspective of evidence-based medicine. The role of clinical pharmacist in current conditions of pharmaceutical market;
• Manufacturer - Distributor - Pharmacy: transformation and new economical interaction;
• Marketing, Management and Pharmacoeconomics during drug creation, implementation and using;
• Pharmaceutical Law, forensic and evidence pharmacy in legal relationship;
• Quality Management in the field of drug production and circulation;
• Development of Pharmacy education in Ukraine and introduction of Bologna Declaration regilations into educational process;
• Information technology in pharmacy. Interaction of electro-magnetic radiation with substances research.

PUBLICATION OF MATERIALS

Materials of the conference will be published in the collection materials of VII Ukrainian National Congress of Pharmacists.

Text of the report (one or two full pages) is printed on a sheet of A4 (width fields: left, right, top - 2 cm, bottom - 3 cm), Times New Roman type, 12 type size; interval - 1.1.

Please follow the attached structure:

• the top center no indent the first line: - TITLE OF MESSAGE CAPITALS (bold) – authors` surname and initials

– the name of organization / research institution

• main text of message is printed in a line (space to first line - 1.25 cm; width alignment; automatic hyphenation).

Feed materials should be in 2 copies and accompany with a confirming letter of organization which the report has been done in, an expert review which allows to publicate materials and a copy of the payment for publication. The second copy should be signed by all authors.
Materials to be printed should accompany with the electronic copy - the file is made in the editor MS Word with the extension RTF. Each report is prepared as  a separate file, named after first author surname (if the author gives more than one report, its ordinal number is followed by full name of author). Files should be sent along with the printed version by mail or as attachment by e-mail (Indicate topic of message «THESIS»).
Fee for 1-page printed is 48 UAH (including VAT 8 UAH).
Candidates who have paid the registration fee for participating in the congress or scientific conferences are free from payment for the materials publication.
